By creating an account on 12V Installer Pro ("the Platform"), accessing any course content, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all users including free trial users, individual Pro Installers, Shop owners, and School/Academy administrators and their students.
12V Installer Pro is a browser-based interactive training platform for 12-volt automotive electrical installation. The Platform provides:
Educational purpose only. The Platform is intended for training and educational purposes. 12V Installer Pro is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from real-world application of skills learned on the Platform. Always follow local codes, vehicle manufacturer specifications, and professional standards when performing automotive electrical work.
The Platform offers the following access plans:

Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Pro Installer ($49 one-time): Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided fewer than 5 modules have been completed. Once you have completed 5 or more modules, the purchase is considered used and no refund will be issued.
Shop / Team and School / Academy (monthly subscriptions): You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Team Dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period. Upon cancellation, all team members lose full access immediately and are downgraded to Free Trial.
To request a refund for the Pro plan, contact us at info@12vinstallerpro.com within the 7-day window with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-refundable situations:
All content on the Platform — including simulator code, lesson notes, quiz questions, circuit diagrams, and course materials — is the exclusive property of 12V Installer Pro and its creator. You may not:
Your personal progress data, quiz scores, and certificate information belong to you and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
12V Installer Pro provides educational simulations intended to support learning. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We may update these Terms of Service and Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
